Discology is micronized with five different varieties of collagen in it. Noticed a dramatic difference in the way my joints and tendons felt compared to my use of the Walgreens brand Collegen. A fantastic deal for how much you get and it's effects can be felt almost immediately. Read more

I read we start losing collagen as we get older. I got this to help stop that. My joints ache, hair is thinning, nails are brittle and unfortunately my skin is not as firm as it once was. This soy and gluten free collagen is in powder form and is from grass fed, pasture raised cattle and chickens, with fish and eggshell added. There are no preservatives and it is non gmo. A measuring scoop is in the bag, I kept pinching the closed bag until I had it worked up to the top. Directions say 2 scoops daily, I will start with one. With 2 scoops it is a 41 day supply. It can be used with cold, room temperature or hot water. I used room temperature water in a clear bottle, dumped in one scoop and vigorously shook the bottle. There was a clump at the top of the water level, so I replaced the cap and shook even harder and longer. This isn't meant to just be dumped in. I suggest sprinkle a small amount, use a frother to mix and continue until completely dissolved. Once dissolved, I tasted a very mild sweetness. It was pleasant and reminded me of hydrogenated water. This is easy to use, no smell, and looks good quality. I'm actually thinking I may do another scoop before bedtime. It is refreshing and might help me sooner if I do it that way! Feel free to join me in the process of relief from the elements and whatever is coming at us to take our vitality! Read more

The collagen powder is very fine so it's easy to dissolve in a drink of your choice. Or, if you're like me, you can mix it into peanut butter or something with a stronger flavor of its own. The powder is basically tasteless on its own, so you won't ruin the taste of whatever you mix it with. The collagen doesn't have any sugar added - it's just different types of collagen. The 41-servings per bag will last you a long time, but the resealable bag helps it stay fresh for you. Read more

I'm always wary when something contains fish-sourced collagen that it will smell and taste fishy. I don't mind fish and I eat plenty of it, I just don't want to taste that in a berry smoothie. This collagen powder dissolved easily in liquid when following the instructions on the package-- wet a little bit with cold liquid, stir, then top up. In smoothies and coffee, though, it mixed in and disappeared with no issue; no clumps, taste, or bad odor. Supplements affect everyone differently, so the results are subjective here, but I didn't notice any ill effect from taking this. Whether I'll have super strong nails and invincible joints or wrinkle free, dewy skin remains to be seen. Read more

Dissolves easily into coffee, water, smoothies, etc! No taste or smell so this is a more than tolerable way to add collagen to your diet. I’ve used a few different collagen powders and a couple have left a thickness/grittiness that I was not fond of at all…this one does not leave any texture attached all which is wonderful! Read more
