This is a costume hat, but is a heavy material and would probably last for multiple wearings, unlike cheaper "Halloween" type offerings. It came very well packed and did not deform in shipping or wearing. I wore it to a "Barbie" party, but it would be great for sports games, concerts, or yes, Halloween. Very comfortable to wear, too. Actually, the hat was quite nice but unfortunately, I am returning since it was way too big for my head. The color was as described, and I probably would have enjoyed wearing it. Perhaps a customer ordering it, might consider a smaller size or get accurate head measurements before ordering. Read more
