Love these lights so much I bought them three times to add more lights around the house in front and back. Easy to use. Light up well. Have not had them more than a year test do not sure on long lasting but great so far. A better deal going with the 12 count. Many color choices. Can reset them all easily enough back in sequence it you like. Various weather has not been an issue including bring buried under snow for a couple of weeks. Fantastic. Read more
These are nice and give a good lighting effect. I do wish they can be shut on and off however even when it's not fully dark. I can shut them off at night and multiples at a time but they won't turn on unless it's Dark, Dark. I even tried taping over what appears to be the light sensor for them to auto turn on but they still won't come on until it's actually Dark, not Dusk. I use them on our Mini golf Course and would like them to turn on at Dusk (when we start getting busy) but it's generally around 10pm when they will finally come on and i can use the remote to do so. If you a we are using these for home use, they would be great because they definitely will turn on and off my themselves if you want and so far I do see they will stay lit all night on a charge. I'd suggest super gluing the ground Pegs to them if you are putting them on the ground. Only because if someone steps on them or something like that, they might come off the Tabs for the pegs. Which they have done for us. But that can easily be solved by using some super glue. I have customers that accidentally step on them, and they do not Break, so the 300# rating seems very accurate. First off if these had all worked they would still be here at my house. But I did return them as sadly about 25% of them did not work and I am sorry but at this price point they need to function.. all of them! Very easy to use and set up, the colors are gorgeous and bright. They seem like they would be durable but why so many did not work after charging for 2 days I do not know and so I would not count on them being durable. I did not want to wait til past the return window and have more of them not work, it was bad enough when new. So I would say the value for the money is not good even if they all stayed working with several not working to start with the cost on each just is too high. We have had others just like this that we were replacing that did get moisture inside and over a year they did not last. So we tried this brand hoping it would be better, but I really have to say be prepared to return them til you get a set that all works. I did return the first set and the second set that replaced it had some not working also.. so back they went also since I just love to run to UPS all the time, but it was not a good sign to get 2 sets not in perfect working condition. These are not "highly waterproof" as stated. I have had them for two days. The first night, they were fine. The second night, we had rain before dusk and they would not turn on unless I dried the lens. Who has time for that in Florida? Read more
