I have used these to run in the Pacific NW for years! They are light, but resist light rain. They are comfortable and flattering. I can dress them up with boots and a sweater for work and easily change into a workout shirt and tennis shoes for a late day jog. I don’t have a picture, but I’m 5’1 125 #. The only minor issue is that the elastic around the mid-section is a tight fit over my hips, but even with that I wouldn’t size up or they might look like baggie sweat pants instead of slimming work out pants!
