I ordered this to lock away pharmaceutical medications while on travel, and to keep them out of my kids' reach. We haven't had any issues, but I am trying to keep a few steps ahead if I can. So far, the box is great. It was easy to set the code, to open and lock it, and is a perfect size for all pharmaceuticals. It even fits in my small carry-on bag. **It is lightweight, material feels cheap, and the lock could easily break... but I don't mind as I don't plan to use it on the regular. I can't even explain how much I love this box. It was cheaper than the vaultz brand I'm used to buying and it's the same great quality. It's the only purple lock box I found made with this material too. It also came with a little pill holder/organizer that makes it better than other brands as well as a pocket underneath the top of the inside of box. At first the dials didn't move so easy but once I set the lock it was easy to open. I bought it to keep potent and potentially lethal prescribed medications in. I didn’t have incredibly high expectations for this item, but it really is awesome and works like a charm! It’s extremely easy to set the code up using their instructions, and they included a neat little pill organizer in it that I wasn’t expecting. I actually use that every day now too though. As far as durability, it is well constructed and I was not let down at all. Someone could technically break into this if they used enough force to break the box itself, but they would really have to make it a point to be trying to destroy it. I wish I had though about asking my husband if he would take a picture of the box when we discovered the condition it was in but I didn't the smell and the visual of mold and fungus growing was just beyond that I almost vomited when he opened the box. The box worked fine during the summer months. But the first time it got wet was the end of the box. The protection cover cracked and started shedding. The locks stopped working. The inside started rusting. Just absolutely not what I was looking for. For the price it should have lasted longer than 4 months. But by the 6th month and it then having it's own ecosystem I side. It and all of it's contents had to be thrown in the dumpster. The storage size was great for the value; but not having to replace it before having it for a year, let alone 6 months. It had a sleek look. Great for indoor use only and no liquids what so ever. Do not buy for liquid holding or outdoor use. Waste of money. Read more
