It works, but should’ve bought a size down. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, 5’ 5” about 188 lbs and I coulda went with a large and wish I did. Prepregnancy I’d wear a size large in gym shorts usually. I went with an xl after looking at the sizing chart but the band is loose and the smaller extender still feels too long. It works enough but wish I had waited until I was further along to purchase so I knew whether the xl would still be too big later on. I purchased it too early and thought I’d grow into it but didn’t. Editing my review. I wear this strap a few hours a day if I'm out and about just to keep my pants from falling since I can't button them anymore. It's still loose but keeps them from sagging. I don't pull it right at all and it already broke about 3 days ago. I'm so disappointed because it really helped me. I don't have the package so I can't return it anymore. First review: Love this! Absolutely perfect. I have a short torso and this is great if yours is long as well. I love how long it is! Tucks perfectly under my bra band to keep the top in place and the lining on the bottom keeps it from riding up! It has two sets of buttons. A shorter one with two options and a longer one with 3. The button things are stretchy material too. I feel secure! Extremely happy with this! Must buy if you are pregnant and pants fit everywhere but the buttons!
