I love having lots of different watches, don't care how little they cost, but the rub is that it costs $10 to $15 to take them somewhere to have a battery replaced. Over the years I have replaced my own batteries, but in the process have broken a lot of crystals of some very pretty watches. This kit is a game changer. It has everything you need to change out batteries, except I had to buy another set of back removal tools to get the one that will really pry off the back of pretty much any watch. The tools in this kit are amazing. In the last 30 days I have replaced at least 15 watch batteries and broken not one crystal. I really wish I had had this last year when I broke the crystals on 2 beautiful, albeit, inexpensive, watches. I absolutely recommend this kit. Also, don't forget they provide tools to take links out of watch bands, and a bag of watch band springs. Cannot say enough how much I love this kit. I have been using this kit for awhile now, to replaces batteries on my quartz watches and adjust metal bracelets on everyone’s watches. The kit came in it’s compact bag and has all the basic tools needed to do these job. Quality is ok, considering the price. You just have to be a bit patient when using the tool to open the back of your watch, to turn it open you just select the right shape for the grove or it will slip. I also use the block, the hammer and the tool to push the pins out of the bracelet. Happy with the buy, safe me a lot of money if I were to go to a watch store, and I know that I do it right! I had started to replace a battery on my watch, and then realized I needed some tools to get the back back on as well as adjust the band. I didn't want to spend a lot of money...as this was a hobby but I didn't want something cheap either. Enter this product. It worked great...the tools included cover what you would need to do any repairs to the watch, are easy to use, and high quality. I love the case that it comes in, and it keeps everything where it's easy to find. The watchback closer works great and is so easy to use! That alone is worth the price! I did find that the tool to pop off the back didn't work great for me, but the rest of the tools did. I'm now ready to repair all the watches, and don't have to pay someone else to do it! The kit has everything you need to replace a watch battery, or at least it did for me with the two watches I have. I used it with no prior experience changing watch batteries. It was a bit daunting at first seeing how many different tools came in the kit, but I was able to figure it all out after watching a quick guide video online. Read more

Nice collection of tools but for the every day person who just needs to change a battery or band it's limited. Would be better if they included more than one size band removal tool. And the one case back opener is almost useless. It is for watches with big gaps in the back cover of the watch to insert the tool. It is way oversize for any of the 25 watches I have. Should have a selection of sizes, so I ordered some individual ones. Also I am not a fan of these 'key' looking openers with the yellow plastic handles (which will probably break like every one of those scissors with the orange plastic handles I ever had did). Much prefer the knife style openers with wood handles. Also the single pair of tweezers for grabbing the battery for removal or insertion is metal which will short out the battery when you grab it. A plastic or ceramic tipped tool would be much better. Would suggest you put a thin piece of tape over one of the tips to use it for battery replacement. Read more
