Pants fit well and were comfortable to wear when tried on. I’m 5’6” 160Ibs and was expecting a medium to fit like my jeans would but I was wrong so I bought others in a small and they were perfect. Bought these pants due to being in a full arm cast and unable to button up traditional pants. Found these pants surprisingly comfortable. Fit great in the waist but slightly long in length. Very good quality and durable for the price. Will not hesitate to purchase more of these in the future. Do wish they had a belt loop as I have a hard time tying the waistband in my current condition. These fit and feel perfect. I ordered the 2X and that was exactly what I needed. I’m 6’2” and 300lbs. I usually get a 38 waist, but the thigh and seat is usually too tight. These are meant for a 40 waist, so the thighs fit fine. The waist is looser than it needs to be, but the drawstring works just fine. They feel durable, but I won’t know till I actually wear them at work for several months. The material definitely feels more durable than my Wrangler cargo khakis. Read more
Comfortable for long 10 to 12 hr shifts. Great fit, loose feel, stay cool material. Sturdy elastic and thick tie string waistband means you can load up the pockets and not spend the day pulling your pants up. I'm replacing my Hospital Scrub Pants with these!! Read more

Light material but not cheap material. Stitched together well and fits true to size. Comfortable for long hours and high heat situations. Cargo pockets are big and there is no back pocket. Read more
