The shiatsu kneading feels strong and actually massages the arches and heels instead of just vibrating. After standing and walking all day, it really helps relieve the soreness in my feet. The heat function is a nice bonus because it warms up the feet and makes the massage more relaxing. I also like that the intensity can be adjusted depending on how strong you want the massage. The size is good too and fits my feet comfortably. Another thing I like is that the foot sleeves can be removed and washed, which keeps it clean if multiple people use it. The timer works well—it’s controlled by hand rather than a remote—and it targets exactly where I feel pain, from the arch on the bottom of my foot all the way down to my heel. I really like some of the aspects of this foot massager, but am totally disappointed with others: Massage: 3/5 stars. Massage is good on front half of foot but very poor on my heels. Heat: 1/5 stars. Heat is almost non-existent. Even after 20 minutes on high, I can barely feel any heat. Very disappointed. Foot squeeze: 5/5. Unit does a great job of squeezing foot uniformly. Feels really good. Overall: 3 out of 5 stars. I’m glad that I got this unit on sale (40% off). I had paid full price I probably would have sent it back. Read more
