I purchased it because after a long day of yardwork once I sit down, it’s hard to get up without stiffening it up, and experiencing a lot of pain. I found that sitting on this mat after a long day of yardwork, helps to relax my muscles ,and ease the tension, so I’m not stiff afterwards. The warmth combined with the vibration as well as the shiatsu massage really provides the maximum comfort and relief of my sore muscles. In the video you can hear the vibration and movement as I speed up and slow down the settings when you’re actually sitting on it it’s very quiet. The headrest is really helpful that you can adjust it and it’s not preset, I really like that feature because I’m 5’4” tall and my husband is 6 foot and the mat works well for both of us. What impressed me most is the full-length coverage. I measured it myself and it comfortably supports from upper back down through hips and legs, which is rare for mats in this price range. The shiatsu rollers hit the mid-to-lower back perfectly, and the vibration zones in the seat and leg areas add a nice relaxing finish after the deeper kneading. The heat function is gentle and soothing (not too hot), which I actually prefer for longer sessions. This massager works good with one exception; it is a little painful in the middle of the back. It is easy to use and the right size for someone under 6 feet. I wish it provided more pressure for the lower back and less one the middles of the back. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something to put on my recliner that offered massage, heat and vibration but something you could still lay on even if it wasn't on. This fits perfectly. I have other back massagers and they basically have two balls on either side that rotate. Those are great but when not in use you can't really lay on them because they stick in your back. The nice thing about this massage mat is you don't have the two balls on either side but you have two discs on either side that have bumps on them. So it offers a really good massage and they go up and down the back if that's what you would select. The vibration on this pad is very strong and I like it a lot. The remote offers a lot of different options and the mat is very comfortable. This could be something you could put on the floor and lay on or put on a chair or recliner and it would work great. I really like the heat function as well and everything that it offers rounds this out to be a great product for yourself or a gift. Read more

This is a much better massager than most I have tried. First, the control, It is intuitive, easy to use, even in the dark. The lighted buttons are a great idea. I also like the fact that I can set it to run for up to 30 minutes. As for the massager, I like the spot massager option that allows me to keep the Shiatsu on my lower back if I want to. The built-in neck pillow is also a nice feature. As for the noice level, the Shiatsu massager is totally quiet, important for when you are using it in the company of others while watching TV. The vibration feature is a bit noisy, better to use it while reading a book. This is easy to move around. Read more
