I purchased this as a gift for my dad who wears an extra wide size 15. He was able to get his feet in but was snug. He enjoyed all the features but had to keep the compression on low because of the snug fit. All in all he enjoyed it. It’s harder to find things for bigger feet and although it worked and he enjoys it because of his feet size and width one with a little more room would had been the best. This device is a miracle. The shiatsu function works so well and makes staying on your feet all day much less painful I'm editing to add a new discovery, if you suffer from chronic lung issues, you may want to try sitting the foot massager upright and leaning it against some couch cushions and lean gently against it, wonders. The unit itself is amazing. It's pretty self explanatory and is super easy to set up. There are 3 levels to each function. From left to right you have: *Shiatsu rollers - Low, Medium and High *The power button *Compression - Low, Medium and High Bottom row, left to right: *Heat - Low, Medium and High *Time - 15, 20 or 30 minutes My experience-I can be sensitive to Shiatsu rollers. Sometimes they do more harm then good for me. On the feet though, so effective and surprisingly relaxing, even on the highest setting. I didn't realize my feet needed such a deep massage. The compression setting hugs the foot and ankle. I couldn't manage the highest setting as I felt it was literally choking my feet, however, I do like the low and medium setting. The heat setting is nice. I don't normally keep it on high as I get hot quickly, but I'm sure this will be super nice once it starts getting cooler. I like the timer feature. I start out with 15 minutes and then get disappointed when it's completed and I want more. I have to wait another 15 minutes to do it again, because the unit needs time to rest as described in the manual. I need to learn from that and just commit to 20 or 30 minutes because it's just that relaxing. The foot box is awesome, I wear a size 9 and my feet had no issues with fitting. In fact, there's probably enough room for a male 14 or 16 if they even go that high. I don't use socks when I put my feet in, but the manual says that they are washable so that's a huge plus! I am a bit disappointed in the length of the power cord. I want it at my feet while sitting in my recliner, that way when I'm done, I can just kick back in my couch recliner and be done for the night. The power cord isn't long enough to go around the couch so an extension cord would more than likely be needed. Thankfully, my couch has power outlets and USB ports so I was lucky not having to use an extension cord. For that reason, I deducted a star. Well, the unit has cooled, so I'm going back in! I've had this thing for at least 4-5 months now and absolutely love it. I use it multiple times a week. We have tile floors throughout the house and if I walk without slippers for even a small amount of time my feet are so sore at night that it sometimes wakes me up. This massager has multiple levels for each of the different settings, I usually use the highest level for all of the options (compression/vibration/kneading) and it provides a really deep and good foot massage. It auto shuts off after 15 minutes (or so) and I'll do 3-4 cycles at a time when I use it. The only setting I don't use on high is the heat because I find it gets really uncomfortably hot, but the low heat setting is perfect. The options really allow you to customize for what works for you. Currently pregnant now too and I know this thing will be a lifesaver as I get into the later trimesters. Read more

Must have! I have recommended this to everyone I know! I have worked retail for 30+years and I would say 95% of my day I spend on my feet walking the store. Terrazzo, concrete and MMA floors are no ones friend. I have been having severe pain in my feet the past year and discovered I have plantar fascitis,a bone spur and some arthritis developing in my feet, my right one specifically causes the most issues. I wear expensive shoes, inserts, do physical therapy and even take medication for the pain. I ordered several different kinds of foot massagers some hurt my feet just by using them some tickle my feet causing discomfort and some have been just pure garbage not even hitting the right spots on the foot. I was even given a refund for one when I tried to return it but had absolutely no use for it and gave it away. This foot massager however has been the first one I absolutely can't get enough of. I don't use the vibration because it tickles my feet and I don't like the way it feels but my husband loves that feature so I'm glad there is a button to turn it off. The heat is relaxing and warm I love it especially in the winter months. Now my favorite feature is the massager has a kneading massage not a punching or pulsing and the massager has this air pressure that squeezes your feet with enough pressure it's relaxing not painful everything is adjustable to your liking. I can't describe the feeling it's just heavenly after a long 10-12 hour shift. It's not loud and I can sit in my chair, watch my show and get a foot massage all at once. It's so easy to use. You can adjust the pressure, you can turn off features, if you're like me and don't like the vibration or if you want to change up your massage each time you can do so. I have had this for 6 months and use it almost daily. I have had no issues with it. At this point it's been with every penny! Conked out after 11 months. This was the third one ordered as the first two did not function when first plugged in, but the return and replacement went smoothly. Would like it to put out more heat, but it was easy to use and had better massage action than other brands we tried. Read more
