We purchased a three seat, home theater chair configuration. This is a luxury product, made with real leather, & feels well made. Each seat is fairly heavy, about 111 lbs, & the center seat with two armrests weighs about 135lbs. Each chair comes with its own power supply. (You may want to buy, or use a power strip to plug each chair in.) Also you may want/need additional helpers to move these into your home. I was able to move these into our home, but it would have been nice to have help moving them. That said, they do feel solidly made, & feel like they will hold up to every day wear & tear. These all come in individual boxes, which is helpful because they are heavy. They are well packaged, & survived being shipped by UPS. When I ordered this I thought it would come with the mounting brackets to join them together, but, it did not come with these brackets. However, when I contacted the manufacturer, they were very quick to respond, & answered our questions, & sent us the brackets to connect the three seats together, at no charge to me. (I believe the brackets don’t come with the various configurations because each configuration is different.) Either way we are completely satisfied with this theater seating arrangement. It fits our room, & looks great. In the configuration we purchased it has three sets of controls to adjust the seats, & individually adjust the headrests, which really makes this comfortable to recline back, & still be able to watch TV without needing an additional pillow. I believe we could actually sleep on these if we so desired, they are that comfortable. The price is comparable to other brands, but these were a little less expensive than most that we looked at. But, they are well made, & feel solid. I’m about 6ft, & weigh about 200lbs, & everything operates perfectly without seeming like the motor is working too hard. The feel of the leather is soft, & not slippery. These have nice storage compartments in the arms, & each armrest comes with an illuminated cup holder(you can tun that off if you desire. It also comes with a strip of LEDs under the bottom of the footrest. These also can be turned off by the same switch. The headrest, & the reclining position are controlled by their own controls. There is a memory position (I have not used this feature yet), & a home button which brings the chair back to its original upright position, @ the press of a single button. Each seat also came with a small side table that fits into the armrest. The little side tables are reasonably sturdy, & can be removed if you desire. If I want additional seats they can be added to these seats if desired. If you place these on carpet the mounting brackets may not be required. Their customer service is helpful, & courteous, & quick to respond. Our customer service representative was Jordan, very helpful, & knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they really are familiar with their product, & knew exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend buying these if you are wanting to buy home theater seating. We are very pleased with our purchase, & if I need/want additional seats I will buy from Comfiroom again. This chair is perfect and beautifully designed. It is easy to set up, taking about 5 minutes. The leather is of high quality, with an attachable table top on either the left or right arm. It is extremely comfortable, as it adjusts to a range of comfortable positions. Given its quality and unique features, this chair is well worth the price and would be difficult to find a match for. Pros: It's easy to install. I’ve purchased another power recliner before, and it required me to install the armrests myself, which was a hassle. But this recliner is different. It arrived in just one box with all the components inside, and you only need to attach the backrest to the seat base. It can recline to nearly a horizontal position, which makes it incredibly relaxing to lie on and easy to fall asleep. I believe it will be perfect for taking naps, which is what impressed me the most. It has a home button, so when I want to get up, I don’t have to hold down the button to fully close the recliner. This is a very user-friendly design, even though the recliner already opens and closes quite quickly. The materials used are really top-notch. First, it’s extremely heavy, much more than I expected, which makes me feel very secure when lying on it—no wobbling at all. Secondly, the leather is incredibly soft and comfortable to the touch, making me feel it’s worth the price. I imagine that using such luxurious leather on such a large sofa must be costly. The Type-C and USB charging ports are more than sufficient. I won’t go into the details of other small features. Cons: I’ll update my review as I continue to use it. I’m satisfied with both its design and quality. I think I’ll be using it frequently to relax. I’ve been planning to upgrade my home entertainment room, and when I finally do, I’ll consider buying a few more seats to combine with this one. Love these seats. We’ve been using for about 2 months now with no issues. Arrived well packed with no damage, I purchased five. They are very comfortable, and make my theater looks awesome. Buttons, lighting, moving parts all work well. The quality was better than expected. Note to future buyers they are heavy, if going up steps be prepared. I had to break open each box and separate the back to lower the weight. But they go together quite easily. Lining up the back can be tricky but once you learn to do one, it’s not that difficult. After having tested many competitive products locally and ordering another product I returned, these seats stand out as an incredible product at a great price. They are comfortable, very high quality units with every function as described. The topping on the cake is the customer service, They called before arrival, again after arrival to make sure everything was ok, and then will follow up once again after they ship me some free connecting plates. The units come standalone, but have many different configurations so they ship the free plates and hardware on follow-up. Can't say enough good things about these chairs and the company! Read more
