I broke 7 vertebrae is my back about a year ago. I have tried MANY of these units with mixed results. Wires are a pain so I figured I would try wireless ones. I thought for sure battery life would be a problem and I was proven wrong. I have to wear these all day at work along with a brace. If I use them continuously I get about 8 hrs. before I have to charge them and they are usually set at full strength which is more than enough. The pads last ALONG time if taken care of. I am not a hairy guy but I shave the fine hairs where the pads sit, use an astringent to get rid of oil and my brace keeps them pressed on my skin so they don't fall off. Keeping the pads in their package when not useing them is a must to keep dust and particles of off them. These are my results after trying many different ways and units. If you want a quality tens unit with many settings and good battery life, give these a try. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this to help my tense shoulders and I'm really impressed how powerful it is! It helps the pain go away. It sticks well, functionality wise pretty impressive, it's lightweight, very useful especially when you are experiencing pains! The app options is a plus, you can control the intensity of the item! I have a disc that is deteriorating and is pinching nerves in my back. I ordered this unit because of good reviews and is was priced reasonably. I am very impressed with it so far. It arrived quickly, easy to read instructions and set up. You can set it manually with a limited amount of settings or download the app and have more options. Plenty of pads to choose from depending on where your pain is, it has two individual electrode units that can be charged at the same time with charging cable included and it works great on my back pain! When it works, it does as advertised. Only complaint with the units is, to get them to work, I have to hold the charging cables into the units or they will fall out. I’ve charged the units approximately a dozen times in the three months I’ve had them and it’s getting tiresome having to hold them to get them charged. Read more
works great for lower backs. I am happy with it. I wish the battery lasted a little longer, but it lasts through the entire 30 minute cycle and recharges quickly. Even comes with a dual USB charging plug...one input and two outputs. The sticky pads stick well without any extra jelly on them. I have used it 20 times and the sticky pads look like new. It is powerful and adjustable from my phone via a simple downloadable app This is as good as the ones i have used in physical therapy. This TENS unit is fantastic! Just be aware that when you fly with it, you should NOT pack it in your suitcase, especially a check in bag. Keep it separate, then show it and declare that it is a medical device when you go through security then keep it with you in your personal item... I accidentally packed mine when I flew home from California a few weeks ago and it got confiscated. The rules changed on Jan 1st 2026 and I understand that they can now take ANY lithium batteries in your check in bag. This includes items like this as well as electric toothbrushes that I've always put in my checked bag! So just to be safe carry ALL items with batteries in your carry on or personal item. Read more
