The machine is smaller than other two hopper soft serve machines. I like how the touch screen lets you see all the data on the machine's processes. I also love that you can run one hopper independent of the other. That is very convenient if one flavor gets eaten faster or if you just want to do one flavor. My deliver from Amazon was missing the hopper puffing rods and mixing blades as well as the spare parts bag. I reached out to GSEICE customer service and they are helping me out. Hello, I hope to add video of this machine working soon as its going inside of a backyard cafe. I just want to say that the machine works amazingly well. GSEICE contacted me to check in with me to see if I had started the machine and all was well. I was told how to set everything up and was sent some extra parts from the company for seals in the machine. I have to point out GSEICE are in China and they were talking to me via video chat and messages. It was 0300 am for them and middle of the day for me. 5 stars for service and 5 stars for a wonderful machine. I will be updating this with video soon hopefully in the next 2 weeks when the cafe is finished. I would buy another machine from this company as the after purchase service is phenomenal. I have not purchased anything from Amazon that had the service to the level this company will help you out with your purchase. Read more

Customer service is non-existent. The US number given says “The Google Subscriber you are calling is not available. Please leave a message.” And no one calls you back. There is no startup guide included with the machine, so you have to guess. There’s a booklet that comes with it, but it doesn’t tell you how to set it up and the English version is confusing because it’s not proper English. I have to pay for one if I want one on their website. I’m not adding a $15 international plan to be able to call China and hope I can speak with someone about the burnt plastic smell the machine is putting off and the functioning issues like the twist ice cream lever not working and the other 2 barely working. This machine is pretty but awful. Do not buy it, buy a trusted brand by calling their customer service number to be sure they are a legit company before purchasing. Read more

I absolutely love this ice cream machine!! It is super handy and convenient to be able to control both hoppers individually. You can have one operating vs the other machines out there that make you have both running at the same time. Definitely a great purchase! Read more

Awesome machine and even better technical support from jimmy and his team, Was having some voltage issues in house and they diagnosed the issue and where able to update the setting of the machine to fix it, all from China over WhatsApp, awesome customer service, great machine we use it every weekend and make 12 liters of ice cream which is out by Monday afternoon, 4 kids and a grandfather who really love ice cream plus myself, great machine, expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for, highly recommend!
