Really good commercial soft serve machine

This commercial soft serve machine will be for my business trailer, so far I’ve only tested it at home and held up great, the hopper holds quite a bit of the mix. Arrived in a wooden box in great condition. Very easy to clean but instructions on manual wasn’t as helpful so I had to go on YouTube to do some research, trying to find something similar to this soft serve machine. I had to do some adjusting of the hardness because the ice cream wouldn’t harden to my liking but after adjustment the ice cream was amazing! It takes about 30 min. for the ice cream to be ready but I found out after about a hour for the best consistency, the ice cream tasted better! It’s quite noisy but it doesn’t bother me. Overall, I love my commercial soft serve machine and hopefully it’ll hold like it should for my business. Read more
