Great Kit - I was done in under 10 minutes
This is a great kit. I had a water filter that was leaking to the drain. This kit made the repair super simple and effective. There is a YouTube channel called Water eStore that has a video called "WATER SOFTENER Troubleshooting – CONSTANTLY DRAINING." I watched that video. That knowledge and this kit had me in and out of that repair in less than 10 minutes. I was amazed at how easy it is. Keep the tool close to your filter/softener so you can buy the kit without the tool next time. Read more

Great product, DIY and save $$
I had a leaking water softener due to a degraded valve inside the control unit. A plumber quoted $700 to “rebuild “the control unit and replace the valve. I bought this and fixed it myself in about four minutes via a how to video on YouTube. Excellent product, the included wrench worked with the unit gears perfectly and the valve stack was an fit. Exact replacements parts for my water softener. Ease of installation was very simple. You do require the wrench to loosed the front plate. Leakage was stopped. Remember to lube the seals prior to install of the stack. Read more

My softener has a slow leak over the last month, saw a YouTube video on how to fix it ordered the parts on Amazon and they were delivered the next day. The replacement procedure was very simple and precise. Whole process took only 20 minutes. The needed wrench and the parts are high quality and fit exactly making it a headache free job .
