I bought these because I needed medical compression. I love the length/waist height and the pockets are a great plus. They can be a little difficult to get on and off, but that's expected with compression garments. I bought the 7" length and found that the compression makes the lower portion of my thigh swell a little. Next time I think I'll try the longer length to avoid this. They are comfy, a good length on my legs, and cover my whole abdominal area all while providing the perfect amount of compression! As an added bonus, they even have great pockets! I love the capri leggings from this brand and now have several pairs. I size up one size in the capri leggings from my normal size. I normally wear a 2X, but the 3X works the best for me. I have been eyeing the biker shorts for a while now and immediately grabbed them when they were on sale. Sadly, they will be going back. They are not the same sizing as the capri leggings and fit much smaller. I love the hold and expect them to be tight, but these just would not stay over my stomach. They would roll down immediately. I would need to go up one more size. I may buy another pair, but I would size up 1 or 2 sizes on these. Read more
