This is the second trimmer I have purchased in the past 2 years. When the first one split in half and wouldn't work anymore I thought it was just a bad one. I purchased the second one last September and have used it 3 times. I tried to use it a few days ago and the blade fell out. This handle has split. I am the only one who has used this product and I want to send it back immediately for a refund. I am trying to contact the company but the information they need from the box is so small that even with a magnifying glass I can't read the numbers and letters. So frustrating!! Read more
