Great water bottle for a toddler or a preschooler! The steel material is sturdy and easy to clean - my choice over a plastic water bottle any day. These things are basically indestructible and we keep ours for years. The blue color is beautiful and the bottle is a perfect size for little hands. The straw mechanism is very well though out. We had no spills. The handle is super convenient and our little one likes the fact he gets to use the button to pop the straw out. This bottle has been a hit in our house—my toddler genuinely prefers it over our other cups. The spout design works well for them (easy to drink from without spilling everywhere), and it’s sturdy enough for real toddler life. I also appreciate that the parts are easy to take apart and wash, so I don’t worry about gunk building up in hard-to-reach spots. Great everyday bottle for little ones. These are our favorite water bottles for our 4 kids. I have tried tons and tons of water bottles and these are the only ones that meet my needs. It’s important to me that my kids use non-toxic materials and these are made of stainless steel and have a silicone spout. The internal straw and the lid are plastic, but given the limited amount the water comes into contact with them it’s acceptable to me. Kids biting on straws are a risk with plastic mouthpieces, since this is silicone it’s much safer. I love that the straw comes apart inside for easy cleaning, you are able to detach the pieces to really clean them out. You need a straw cleaner to get into the straw and mouthpiece, and every few months I will soak the entire lid in a stronger cleaning solution as there are some places that do get gross and are hard to clean - but these do not come into contact with the water or the kids mouth. The one problem with the bottles is that over time the handles will come off. However, my kids use these all day every day, going to and from school, the playground etc and they each last probably 2 years. 10/10 this is the best little water bottle!! As many parents know it's hard to find one that keeps drinks cold, is dishwasher safe, durable, and affordable. This cup is all that plus more, you can clean every part easy and it all comes apart 100% so no mold problems. It's normaly my daughters school cup but we just took it with us in vacation and we were in the heat all day with 100+ temps outside and the ice in this cup never melted and her drinks were cold all day long. Buy this cup!!!!!!! Perfect size, 100% Leak proof Ease of carrying, fits in cup holders. The only down fall is the color chips off but that didn't matter to me. The design is perfect in my opinion. I love contigo, this cup is perfect for my toddler. Zero spill, keeps water cool and easy to tie to a silicon cup holder. It is stainless steel so it hits the ground hard but it’s a good trade off in my opinion to minimize plastics. I love that the straw is soft and not a risk to his palate getting scratched or punctured with a hard plastic straw. Also the cover keeps the straw clean and protected from jostling around in my bag.
