Going to start off with the box , its just a standard box , inside its foam filled with each part snugg so far its all good , direction card to be blunt is horrible , has 4 steps doesn't say which baggy of screws goes where so you have to open one and see what it screws into . once you figure out where each screws go where takes about 5 mins to assemble seems to be well made , comes with 1 extra of each type of screw and thats it , some extra 3m foam pads i had 1 extra for the controller side and 2 just randomly cut pieces of 3m foam . Missing screw. Everything works great but a screw is missing. The screws included do not seem to match the item. I cant mount the second controller mount. Update: I want to provide an update and say this seller is really great. They reached out to me and provided a full refund. Customer service is really really important when shopping on amazon. I’ve tried a few headset hangers to store my headsets and this one is my favorite so far. In a small footprint it holds my headset, 2 Xbox controllers, and my cellphone. Most other hangers I’ve used are either just hooks or look childish. This one is real, solid wood and actually looks good on my desk. Most decor in my house is natural wood and darker tones so this goes with the general aesthetic. The headset hook is wide and arched and I think it supports it well. There is enough room between the controllers to grab them without knocking the other off. The controller arms have a thin padding on them too so I’m not worried about slipping or scratching. I’ve used this for a couple of months and have been so pleased. I’m so glad I tried this one as I think it’s my permanent solution.
