I wanted a way to get a full back massage but don't have the space for a full massage chair. This full body massage mat has been a good alternative that I can place on the sofa, bed, chair or even lay on the floor. I like that it has a heat setting since there have been several times it helped me relax and I ended up taking a nap during the massage.
