From someone who suffers from what I call zombie feet (my toes are CONSTANTLY freezing) even the low heat setting is toasty enough for me. The compression is my favorite part. I've had it for 5 days, and enjoyed multiple sessions each day. Fully assembled, just remove a battery contact in the remote, connect the power cable and you're ready to go. Quiet operation and easy intuitive use, I got the remote model. Feels like a thorough treatment for your feet. I use fresh socks and it says the liners can be washed as well. The remote makes it easy to adjust TIME 10/20/30 minutes,, HEAT 3 levels, KNEAD 3 levels, COMPRESSION 5 levels. Easy to use and understand out of the box. The whole family has been enjoying this. My husband got this for his plantar fasciitis and he has been using it in the mornings and in the evenings and he has already noticed an improvement in his pain in just 1 week. The options of different settings are nice and overall is great. I do wish that the massager would press more into the arch of my foot, but I do have a higher arch so maybe its just me. The compression is so nice and love the heat setting. Fits all sizes of feet, we range from youth sizes to mens 11 and have no trouble. It is quiet and seems very durable. Got this for my hubby for Christmas. He loves it, makes him relaxed at the end of a long workday. I tried it out, it was super nice, put me to sleep on how relaxing it was. Helps with pain relief, especially if you have plantar fasciitis. Works well, easy to use, and is durable and good quality. I love the heat option, its heavenly! The only quirk we found is that the remote's frequency is similar if not the same as our tv, so it messes with the tv. We just manually select what we want using the buttons on the unit. Read more
