4.5 stars. The fabric is lightweight and really comfortable, and it has some stretch as advertised. These are great for warm/hot weather. There are two regular pockets in the front and two zipper pockets in the back. We got the dark grey ones, and the color is as pictured. The only issue we had was the fit. That varies by person, of course, so not a huge deal, but know that these are fairly narrow in the leg. The waist seems true to size -- it has some elastic in the back, so there's some give for waist size. But if you size up, like we did, to account for the narrower legs, the legs fit fine but the top is baggy. All that to say, just be aware of body type/fit. For a slim man, these are probably great. For a thicker-legged man, probably not. Read more

To be honest, at this price point these shorts aren’t terrible, they just don’t fit me as well as I would like for them too. From the front they look pretty decent and they’re a functional short, but a 5th stash pocket would be a nice addition. The length is pretty good and the material is lightweight and comfortable, which is great for the Hawaiian humidity and that’s all great. The problem I have with these shorts is the elastic waistband. It’s great for the stretch and forgiveness, but if you wear a belt that feature is now obsolete and it just leaves you with a poofy booty that almost resembles a diaper butt. Maybe I just can’t fill them out properly “butt” it’s a bit distracting when trying to swing a club. Read more

Hubs usually wears about a 36 waist, and the XL fit great. He did feel like they were a bit too short for his liking, but he still wore them. It fell a few inches above his knee. He said it was very comfortable otherwise, and they looked great!
