Good: * small footprint * small cubic volume means fans can move the heat more easily * decent components out of the box, excellent gamedev workstation, very capable gaming rig * plenty of ports (4x display out, 8x USB-A and 2x USB-C) with a few of them conveniently at the top near the power button * liquid cooled CPU * solid PSU and subtle case * GPU is mounted parallel to the motherboard (using a 90-degree adapter) so the heft of the graphics card isn't dragging down the PCIe slot and there's no need for a support stand to hold the graphics card up. * glass panel does look nice, if you favor looks over air-flow (I'm going with air-flow) Upgradable: * RAM can be maxed out at 96GB * Four SSD inputs (two NVME and two SATA) * GPU can be upgraded to the next generation as the PSU has some headroom at 850W - you could probably upgrade the CPU if you're comfortable disassembling the liquid cooler for it, but you may want to lock in your choice of CPU (7000 or 9000 series, and clock speed) at purchase. Frustrations: these are mostly around the case design * the second NVME allows for RAID but this case design + motherboard cooling makes it a headache to reach this would be less of a frustration but they actually punch a hole in the case at the right position, it's just that the heat sink on the motherboard is in the way, and (as far as I can tell) you still end up having to remove the entire motherboard just to access the second M.2 slot. The first one can be reached under its own heat sink also, and you need to remove the graphics card, but it's significantly easier to access than the one on the back * there is only room to mount one SATA SSD drive but there are two SATA connections on the board, so again I'm stuck with one, or leave the second one floating about. If you don't mind the limited drive upgrades and that every choice has only 16GB on the video card, this is a good choice. It has been stable for me under Windows and Linux OSes and will probably be a home server until I can find a graphics card with enough VRAM to consider upgrading it again. Read more
I purchased this pc last week. It came in this weekend. I unboxed it removed packing materials plugged it in. Hit the power button it turns on, but with no display. I didn't put the side cover back on yet. I noticed none of the fans spinning on the graphics card. The pci riser cable they use for the motherboard to this gpu was not plugged in. Also the graphics card isnt straight in orientation. Its in the computer at an angle due to all of the cable management from psu and aio being right behind it. Read more
Dead after 2 months. Slow support from CM. Read more
Performs great and I am happy with purchase. Great fps on every title. The AIO can get noisy during game sessions and will likely upgrade that later but, not noticeable with headphones on. Purchased during a sale, made it a compelling buy. The pc did also arrived with the GPU unseated, likely came loose during shipping— when first plugged in, no display— easy to fix but, annoying for fresh out the box connectivity. Read more
Amazing product, GPU was loose from shipping, but didnt take much time to properly seat it to the motherboard. Love this, can play dune awakening now. Read more

Arrived with the motherboard not secured to the case at the standoffs. GPU riser cable was also not secured and the plastic clip was cracked. Ended up building my own with the same parts and had a blast with $200 off of this prebuilt price. Read more

She's pretty stacked. Been playing all the newest titles at 4k solid. Noise level does get high when the gpu fans spin up. Saving grace to that is that the gpu fans don't turn on all that much due to the efficiency features of the machine. Other than that, very happy with my purchase! Read more
