This is the best belly band I’ve used. I started using this at about a month post-partum, and wish I had gotten it sooner honestly. I have a history of back pain and SI instability, and I think this support band is better than most of the back ones I have purchased also! Got this at 35 weeks pregnant because I feel like my abs are ripping down the middle, and none of my other belly bands are helping. This is SO good. When I take it off, I feel like I gain 15 lbs, the wrap takes so much of the baby weight off you. I don't make it very tight, but it just helps keep my stomach "in place" if that makes sense.
