I tried one night with the amount of foam the pillow came with. Over the next couple of nights, I reduced the amount of foam to the perfect amount for me. I like that the pillows are machine washable and fluff in the dryer. The pillows come with a pillow cover (I didn't know that) but I also bought a cover that is from Coop and is more substantial. I love these pillows might get some king size in the future! What I like most is the ability to add or remove foam based on preference. Have had them for a least a couple of years and have tried other pillows that have come with beds I've had but always go back to the Coop Pillow. A little messy but you can get the pillow you like from day one. I like a floppy half full pillow so a new pillow was always not fun. These fixed that and if I need to add more along the way I can. They gave extra and what I took out I saved in a food storage bag. I'll buy these again if I ever need new ones. Read more
