This shoulder compression brace has been a game changer past few months. The cold weather is aggravating on my shoulders and this helps calm my pain down. It’s versatile and very durable. I love how I can alternate on either shoulder. It’s helpful and I always feel better when I put this on. It took me 2 times to figure out to get this on comfortably now it’s easy on and off. I hurt my arm in pickleball and after seeing some of my pickleball friends use compression shoulder brace, I decided to try this one. It works overall but it is not the most comfortable brace I tried. I am not broad shouldered but if I were, the brace would likely be even less comfortable. The material is good quality and it includes an easily adjustable velcro strap. I like that the brace is breathable and does not require special washing and that hot or cold packs can be used in a specially designed pocket. i had a dislocated shoulder when i was younger and the discomfort and little ache from it has popped it’s ugly head back! my shoulder was acting up something fierce after a weekend of yard work and tossing the football with the grandkids. this copper joe brace is a bit of a wrestle to get on right at first, especially trying to strap the back part solo, but once it's snug, it feels like a warm hug for the joint. now i can keep up with the little ones for longer and i'm not wincing when i pick up the coffee pot. keeps the ache at bay, and that's all this old man needs. i really like the feature where i can slip in a heated gel pad then alternate it with a cold patch. good stuff. I've not used a shoulder brace before, so I have nothing to compare it to. It took me a while to figure out how to put it on comfortably and in a supportive way. It's made of neoprene and has large, strong velcro straps, so it's pretty flexible to try to get the best fit for your shoulder. I found the arm strap to be a bit too big for my arm, which made it harder to get a snug fit. I had to pull the cross strap far down my torso to get the shoulder brace to stay snug on the shoulder and provide support. I like that the brace can be used on either shoulder (although I only need it on my right side). I also like that there is a pocket on the top side of the brace so you can use a hot/cold pack and have it stay in place. Read more

This was too bulky for my shoulder (50s female, 5" 5' 130 lbs). The quality looks excellent, but just too big and uncomfortable for me. The hot/cold pocket made it more bulky. It would be good if this pocket were detachable. Read more
