I applied this hair serum to my scalp and hair ends several times a week. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving greasy buildup. The citrus scent is fresh and mild and does not linger too strongly. It feels gentle on the scalp and did not cause irritation during use. Read more

I recently purchased the PeptideLabz Copper Peptide Hair Serum with Licorice Root Extract. The instructions suggest applying the serum once or twice daily to clean, towel-dried hair, targeting areas you desire fuller hair growth, such as the temples, crown, or hairline. The serum is claimed to help reduce shedding and strengthen hair follicles, leading to fuller hair. This serum seems to be exactly what I need. I’ve entered perimenopause, and I’ve noticed an increasing amount of hair falling out, especially in the shower, despite thorough brushing before each shower. My ponytails and buns aren’t as full as they once were. At home, I immediately pull back my hair, which has become problematic as it causes pulling and thinning at the crown. To address this issue, I’ve switched to silk hair ties and pillowcases, which don’t pull or tug on my hair. Doing this alone seems to have helped some. The next logical step was to try hair serums. I haven’t noticed any overpowering smell or any smell at all. As a blonde and fair-skinned person, I’m more prone to sensitivities to new products. Surprisingly, I haven’t had any reactions to this serum. It doesn’t burn, itch, dry my scalp, or make it greasy. The serum is actually quite lightweight. The serum is dispensed by dropper and comes in a 1-ounce glass bottle. At the time of my review, December 2025, it’s on sale for $31, which is $9 less than the list price of $40. Considering the price, it’s an investment, but if it works, I’ll definitely purchase it again. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, and while I haven’t noticed significant hair growth, I’m hopeful. It will take some time, and I’ll continue using it in the mornings until I see my hair fuller. Read more

I have tried quite a few hair regrowth products over the years, and honestly, most of them either left my scalp greasy or smelled overpowering. This serum from Peptide Labz caught my attention because it uses copper peptides, which I've heard a lot of promising things about. So far, it's been a smooth experience. The serum comes in a glass bottle with a dropper, which makes it super easy to apply right to the scalp. It has a refreshing citrus scent that's light and clean, not perfumey or synthetic. What I appreciate most is how it seems to absorb quickly without leaving any residue behind. I can apply it in the morning and go about my day without feeling like I've got anything in my hair. Pros: + Non-greasy, fast-absorbing formula + Subtle, natural citrus scent + Easy to use dropper for precise application + Packed with scalp boosting ingredients like copper peptides, ginseng, and niacinamide + Gentle enough for daily use Cons: - Too soon to tell if it's making a big difference in growth - Bottle is small (1 oz), so regular users might run through it quickly Who it's for: If you're dealing with early thinning or shedding and want something light and easy to work into your daily routine, this is a good fit. It's also great if you've been frustrated by greasy hair serums in the past. My take so far: It's still early days, so I haven't noticed dramatic changes yet, but my scalp definitely feels more hydrated and my hair looks a bit healthier overall. I'm planning to stick with it daily and give it a full 90 to 120 days. If it lives up to the timeline on the box, this could end up being one of my go to products. Read more

I'm hoping that I can get used to this product. For some reason, I find that my sleep gets disturbed when using it. I'm probably just sensitive to one of the ingredients. I've tried twice with the same result, and now I'm waiting for a period of time where some lack of sleep won't be a big issue to see if I can get used to it. Or maybe I'll just try using less. Anyway, aside from that, no complaints. The serum goes on easily and isn't greasy, smells fine, and the brand seems legit. Hope I can reap the benefits in the future.... Read more
I used this copper peptide hair serum 3 times a week over several weeks and applied directly to the scalp. The texture is lightweight and spreads without feeling sticky or oily, which makes it easy to use on both clean and second-day hair. It absorbs quickly and does not leave visible residue or build-up, which is important for a product that’s meant to sit on the scalp. In terms of success... after a few uses, my scalp was feeling more hydrated, especially in my bumpy dry areas. Hair felt slightly thicker at the roots and looked healthy, but this is more about overall hair condition than dramatic regrowth. There was no irritation, burning, or flaking while using it, which is a good sign for a serum that contains active peptide ingredients. The citrus scent advertised is not noticeable. I didn't smell it at all. You really need to put the dropper directly onto your scalp and let the serum hit several places that way. That's best for good coverage. Otherwise it gets more into your hair than on your scalp. This is best suited for someone looking to maintain scalp health, reduce dryness, and support stronger-looking hair over time rather than instant thickening or dramatic new growth. Read more
