The IKEEPFIT knee massager is a life saver! I have 24 stairs that lead to my apt. I never had knee problems before, until this last couple years. The massager and the heat feel so good! I use it in the mornings before I have to go downstairs and outside. Going downstairs can actually hurt worse than taking the stairs up. The IKEEPFIT massager warms up my knees just enough to get me going. I don’t dread the stairs as much anymore. The instructions were to ease my knees into the higher heat. I found out that that was a good idea. And since you can’t put it on bare skin, I had to play around with which size pants to wear. The massager fits my knees, but barely. Hopefully, now that the pain is more manageable, I can get more active and lose some weight and some girth. They seem pretty well made and sturdy, but I am taking extra good care of them. I want to keep these around to use. I sometimes wait awhile and ice my knees after I’ve moved around a little bit. My knees are feeling better, with less pain and stiffness. And the massager is pretty quiet. I live alone, so it’s not an issue, but I think they wouldn’t be bothersome to others. Totally worth the money. Read more

So far so good….hoping it relieves fluid in knees with mild neuropathy knees to feet. After first use 30min (low heat, low massage) my hurt knee felt a lot better! Knee didnt bother me overnight or during workout fir 1st time in 4mo. Massage isnt constant, its pulsating. Heat is constant. Use says 30min max per session. The massage pulse makes my hurt knee tendon vibrate a little & it aches just a little during treatment. But after session it feels pretty good…it stimulates blood flow to area & relieves some inflammation in both knees. We’ll see over time. If you have a larger leg, the extra straps come in handy. This knee massager works well, though I think it could fit a bit tighter. When you use the extra strap, I think it keeps it from being really snug. It’s lightweight and easy to use. My only issue is that, if I try to use it before bed at night, the controls are so sensitive that just putting my cover on will turn the controls off or change the settings. I had to play around with it, and realized it has a lock, if you short press the power button. The heat is good. I tested it on the lowest heat and I could barely feel it, honestly. The higher heat settings are what brought me the most relief. I wouldn’t suggest using it for a long period of time with nothing on under it, though, in case the warmth could hurt you. Read more

Having prior knee surgery and now getting older, I was looking for a knee massager to help relieve the pain and swelling. I ran across this set of two IKEEPFIT cordless units and thought I would give them a try after reading some very positive reviews. They arrived quickly, were packaged well and charged up in about 30 minutes. They work great with the vibration and heat exactly on the areas I need. Being able to adjust the heat and vibration intensity is an excellent feature. Battery life has so far been good and the mobility while wearing them is great. Very good product. I liked that it was overnite delivery because I definitely needed it when I came home frm walking around barrett jackson for 4 hrs. It helped a lot & I highly reccommend it. I used it again the next am & was able to walk much better & in way less pain. If only I could keep my cat of my leg, I feel it would last a little longer.
