You can go hands free with using the strap around your back or sit in a chair and lean back against it to get your lower back. Wow. This product greatly exceeds my expectations. For comparison, the portion of my body that is massaged feels very much like the massage I'd get from a very expensive massage chair. It's that good. two improvements could be made that would likely increase the price: 1) Run while charge capability 2) the ease of fastening the straps used behind the back needs improvement. That can be accomplished fairly easily and with minimal cost: Make the straps longer, so that a connection to the clasps can be made more easily, then the ability to pull on the straps to remove the extra length, and increase the pressure of the massage. Neither of these feature should stand in the way of enjoying a great massage. Read more
