This works great for my frozen shoulder easing some pain, it will last over 2 hours on a full charge. Be careful on the high setting, it gets extremely hot, I use a towel for that setting. It is easy to put on and use. I haven’t used the vibration setting because I can’t tolerate the pain at this time. Read more

It only heats up on a small spot, which can be very hot. I expect a heating pad, but it is not. The battery runs for only about half hour and need 4 hours to charge it to full. Vibration is not effective at all. The price is too high for the features. Read more
