This cordless vacuum is not what I expected. I received the vacuum on January 2, 2026 and assembled the vacuum on the 4th. I charged the battery as instructed. When the battery fully charged 4 hour later I tried it out. It was self standing, maneuvered nicely and the lights in the head were nice. The performance was not what I expected the suction was not good at all, when I vacuumed up debris and dry cat litter it would fall out, it had to be vacuumed up several times. The battery maybe lasted 30 minutes not 60. I only vacuumed my 1st floor. Then I had to charge it again 4 hours to do the upstairs. I tried vacuum on the 5th and it only worked for about 20 minutes I vacuumed 1 bedroom and had to recharge. I called Customer support the same day to trouble shoot and he recommended I return it. So I dropped it off at my local Staples still waiting to be refunded. I do not recommend this vacuum at all I would have giving 0 stars but it was not an option. It was a total waste of time setting it up then having to disassemble, clean it and pack up to return.😞 Read more
