It’s high quality, high protein, unbelievably tasty, low sugar content at 5g,I like the chocolate a lot but LOVED the vanilla the second I tried it. It’s not too thick or heavy like the 42g protein version. Yes it is expensive but with the high amount of protein and low amount of sugar and being ultra filtered milk gives it an always fresh taste ( so long as you drink within the expiration date) that just makes it worth it. Read the label: it’s a lot of protein and a lot less sugar than other brands of shakes in a pinch. Not chalky or too sweet and great over ice. The chocolate is great too. But if you’re too drained to make a decent meal, this will give you a boost. People brought me this during log hospital stay and nurses were impressed & said they’d recommend to other patients. Delivery on these was spot on and they came completely undamaged in one large pack that fit perfectly into my pantry on the floor. They're ultra pasteurized which means they last quite a long time, several months, which is good because I don't drink more than one a day and act in actuality. I probably only drink about 3 week. These aren't high enough in calories to be a meal replacement, but they are an excellent source of protein for a quick snack. If you want to bump up the calories, I highly recommend mixing it with your favorite protein powder. For me. That's mixing it with a Skippy peanut butter protein powder from Ryse to make a peanut butter chocolate shake. Buying them in bulk this way is much cheaper than buying them at the store individually or even buying a six pack. So the value for money is spot on for me. Plus I don't need a membership to a warehouse to get a large quantity. If someone is trying to scare you away from these by telling you that they have "chemicals" just remember that literally everything you eat and drink is made of chemicals. Great vanilla taste. These are my favorite protein drink. The strawberry and chocolate are also good. Not too thick has plenty of protein and fiber. I use this in my iced coffee as my creamer. Mixes great with my coffee. The top is easy to take off. Read more
