The device is very easy to operate. I fill the reservoir twice. Once for the bottoms and once for the tops. I have been using it on the children's mode to get my gums accustomed to the process. It's very easy to change modes. I remove the wand from the unit after I use it. One of the reviews I had read said someone had knocked his unit off the counter and the wand had broken off when It fell. The unit operates quietly and is easy to fill. I dry it off after use and leave the fill plug open and separate the unit to hasten the drying process. I am pleased with the product. It was an easy process to register the unit for the 2yr guarantee. The unit was very easy to charge. Read more
Got a very tight crown and dentist recommended a water pick tool. I found this and LOVE IT! Never used a water flosser before and I cannot believe, I CANNOT believe the crap that still is in your teeth! It's also really nice to use first if you need to brush your teeth right after eating, it just washes away any stuff and then brushing is cleaner. My dental hygienist says that this does not replace flossing and brushing as all techniques are valuable for taking care of your teeth, so don't eliminate those steps, but this particular RECHARGEABLE water flosser is just awesome and works wonderfully. I use warm water and keeping it upright gets all the water sprayed. The charge lasts a long, long time, like, weeks! I was super happy to find this for 19 when Prime Day came about during summer. It works so well I'm surprising my grown kids for Christmas presents! At 68 years old who knew how nice a water pick tool could be!! Don't wait that long! Get one! Read more
Its good value for money. Noise level is acceptable, size is good, very functional. Docked a star just because one of the heads broke when I dropped it awkwardly. Did glue it back with ease but expected it to be a little sturdier. Has lots of tips and functions.....which I really don't use. Read more
Was recommended by my dental hygienist to stop using dental picks and use a water flosser. I never used one before but after watching videos on YouTube I decided to try it. I’m pleasantly impressed and glad I got it. It comes with all you need except for the water. It is very easy to use and works well. It has different settings and is recommended to start out with the lowest setting which works good as well. It has two places to fill with water and has a usb charger cord but not the charger block to plug it in. Read more
Love love love it I couldn’t believe how well this water pick works. I was about to buy one from the dentist cause she recommended it to me but after hearing that it was $115 I was like well I don’t need it that bad. Anyways I look on Amazon and I got this bad boy for like $25 and it works really good. If you want the cleanest gums and teeth you’ve ever had (aside for when you get a cleaning at the dentist) buy one of these affordable water picks Read more
Strong, effective stream that gets between teeth... as good as my plugged in waterpik. Used it in recent travels and it held up and functioned perfectly. Rechargeable and charge held for multiple flossings. Water tank is large enough for its task. Reasonably quiet. Lots of settings. What might be improved ... spare and/ or attached electrical inlet water blocking plug [it is small and detachable so easy to lose], spare charging wire, ability to attached flosser tips to bottle so that they don't get lost [a feature of the old waterpik] Read more
I absolutely love the Water Dental Flosser! The tank is just the right size for a full cleaning but I do need to refill once for a full clean. The pressure settings are strong leaving my teeth and gums feeling clean. Setup and charging are simple, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. This flosser has been a good addition to my oral care. Its great for hard-to-reach areas like the back of my mouth around my last molar. I would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable flosser. It works *very* well, but battery dies after a few months. I really loved the tank size and the power of the water pump, but after 4 months, the battery would only hold enough charge to clean half of my mouth before dying, rendering the product itself unusable. It started out with great battery life, only needing to recharge once a week at most, but the battery slowly but steadily started losing endurance. The last few weeks of using it, I had to charge it daily just to run long enough to empty the tank. The final few days, it only lasted long enough to get halfway through the tank before dying. I stopped using it at that point and bought a different, cheaper one. I've been using that one for the past year and a half, and it's just now getting to where I need to charge it every 4-5 days. I would be hesitant to recommend it, *unless* you purchase the longest offered extended protection plan for a few dollars, with the expectation of regularly filing claims with it. In that case, I would highly recommend it! It's a great little machine, aside from a poor quality battery that is not replaceable. It would be better if it charged from a standard USB C connection, but this company isn't unique in requiring a proprietary connector from my experience. Read more
