Truly amazing for the price. I don't know what I was expecting out of this machine but it functioned as people have said. It gets extremely hot and a decent amount of run time in between heats. It's definitely good to use mineral-free distilled water and empty it after you use it and it's cooled down. I've used it to remove a lot of paint off of tile. As well as melt kitchen grease away from just about anything. Of course use caution with a machine like this. Read more

It was great for a month. Afterwards, the heat melted the nozzle to prevent steam from coming out. It became to hot to use. The product had a manufacturer warranty that was still valid, so I called/emailed company. Overtime, they informed me a new part was sent...of course it is coming from China...this was over 4 months ago and I have received nothing. I bought this because it had a decent rating. It is false. I received the product and tried it out. It can remove the stubborn dirt in the kitchen without the need to scrub hard with a brush. Basically, all the cleaning tasks at home can be done directly with this machine. Its application range is very wide, covering the floor, kitchen, bathroom, and even the refrigerator and its accessories. The media could not be loaded. I've owned a few different brands of steam cleaners, and most provide weak steam pressure - so that was the first thing I tested out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one not only heats very quickly, but it has a heck of a powerful stream of steam it pumps out. It has all the standard attachments and a little bag to hold most of them in. The boiler itself is about the size of the others, and has wheels on the bottom. I do wish some of the components fit together a bit easier, but its brand new so things are tight. The hose looks to be a really good quality as well - thick and heavy, and its plenty long enough to work with. **Helpful hint:** Make SURE you use distilled with with steam cleaners! It makes them last much longer and won't add buildup inside the boiler. Also never put cleaning liquid or anything other than distilled water in that tank! Highly recommended pressure cleaner. The media could not be loaded. Cleaning the bathroom floor used to be a 30 minute arm workout. This steam cleaner makes it so much easier. All I did was add water into the steam cleaner, then spray on the floor. It melts down and I just need to use water to rinse it out. No cleaning solution needed. Read more
