My husband and I had been meaning to buy white towels for a while (colored ones wear out too fast). We were going to buy ours from WalMart, but we ended up getting these on Amazon because we are happier with the service. Here is a summary of our experience: 1st. The first time we bought this product, I would have given it five stars. The towels are really nice. They absorb water without holding onto it too long (the towels are a little thinner than I'm used to, but that helps them dry out faster), and even though they leave a TON of lent even after several washes (see pic), I was really happy with the product. So, we decided to buy more. 2nd. The second time we bought the product we had a slightly different experience. The towels are still really nice and seem high quality, but there was some odd discoloration. I should have returned them, but sometimes it's not worth it, and a towel is just a towel. I bought them to dry things, not to hang and look pretty. That being said, I was hoping the discoloration would wash out, but it never did. Not all of the towels were like this, though. Just two of them, and only one of them was actually "bad." I would say three stars for this purchase. Overall: Four stars. At this point I won't buy the product again, but I'm not necessarily unhappy with my purchase. Just wish two of the towels hadn't had slight stains before I got them. The rest of them are perfect. I would not say that they are awful or anything. The color is nice and pretty vibrant. I don’t know why people are complaining about the size/fluffiness. They are fine for the price. BUT THE LINT. OMG I bought these in May of last year and I swear… it’s not just when I wash them either. I change the bathroom hand towel OFTEN and every day I am wiping dark green lint off of my sink and floor.
