This is the perfect garment protector for my closet and for packing. It isn't heavy, but it keeps the dust off of clothes and things looking nice. Used as my husband’s suit protector. Works well, hangs in my closet nicely. Seems made of durable fabric. Easy to pack and move. Very roomy, fit his suit, the shirts and ties. I received the zipper closure version. The zip moved easily without any hang ups along the way. The length will accommodate most items. I like this as I need storage for several nice coats. Depending on the bulkiness of your items, you could put one or two bulky winter jackets, or two or three nice dresses without blocking air flow or one business suit. Also nice for an evening gown or leather coat or jacket as a storage option. Based on design, it should keep items from getting dusty. This is a very large and long garnet back ! I used mine to hold a formal floor length gown I wore to a black tie wedding ! It was able to hold the dress well without having to fold up any sections which for the fabric of my dress was ideal ! This would be sturdy and roomy enough to hold a few garments if needed ! Very nice garment bag to preserve my beautiful Badgley lambskin leather trench coat! 100 💯 100 percent pleased with Storage capacity: My precious Mink fit in too! That I can’t even peacefully wear in CA :( for obvio reasons , if you know, you know . It’s 41/2 inches in depth. Waterproof: Nope, not water resistant either—but I’m not worried, unless that TSUNAMI hits us here in SoCal😱 Looks like it already reached Santa Cruz! Travel ability: Light weight, soft, tightly woven, breathable cotton fabric . Not cheap thin cotton as in poor quality, but also not as thick I had hoped for the price point. Easy to carry and fold in half. Hanger hole at top for 3 hangers. It is long, almost at my height ! I’m 5’3”. Value for Money: Well made, roomy, good quality overall, including zipper. I think though that for just one garment bag it is a tad pricey. After checking the seams out, look well sewn and durable enough for the weight of my 2 heavy winter coats. Functionality: Well made, roomy enough for 2 thick winter coats, good quality overall, including zipper which is in the middle front area. This is a very nice and high-quality cotton garment bag that is functional for its purpose. The zipper works well, there's plenty of room for several items of clothing, and it's a good weight - not too heavy to carry, but not so lightweight that it will tear easily. It seems very durable, and I expect that it'll last for years. It's well priced for the quality. I like how long it is - it easily works for suits, without folding the pants over, and it would work just as well for long coats or formal dresses. I ordered it for myself but think that it would also work well for men's clothing. It seals well and should protect the clothing inside from dust and bugs, though a cedar hanger ring would help protect clothing more from the latter, given that this is cotton and isn't entirely impermeable. Overall, I'm very pleased with this, and I'd order another in a heartbeat should I need one. Read more
