I recently bought a ceramic coated non-stick pan and even though the pan was supposed to be metal utensil “safe”. Why chance it. My wooden spatulas were looking a little ragged, so I decided to try the Coukre Silicone Spatula set. They work as advertised. I had no problems flipping eggs or heavy burgers.
