So I read the reviews before I bought it and I seen that some were saying it taste bad but then I seen some added to it and change the flavor slightly so I decided to try it. My opinion is everyone is different and don’t go by other’s taste buds good or bad. I’ve used other greens and collagen, and I have to say it mixes very easily, and it actually does not taste bad as most. I do occasionally throw a teaspoon of orange Metamucil in it, and it gives it a pretty good flavor for my taste buds. And I think it’s a pretty good product. I will say I was very disappointed that my canister was half filled. I understand settling, but it was literally half or maybe even less than half so I can’t say that it was a good value for the buck because I feel like I got half of what was advertised. I use the more expensive greens blend that everyone knows but can’t stop thinking about this one. I hate the sweetness of it - it’s cloyingly sweet, but I started to notice a shine and bounce in my hair that I haven’t seen in years. I also love the fact that this product has mushrooms. It saves me from taking 3 different supplements. I didn’t experience any bad side effects, and I didn’t notice anything other than my hair improving but that’s enough of a benefit for me. Tried this for the first time in my coffee yesterday and could not drink it. It has a very strong taste that does not go well with coffee. I wish I could describe the taste, but it is unlike anything I've ever eaten before, so I have nothing to compare it to. Maybe the smell of a dirty fish tank, if you can imagine how that might taste. I will try it again in a smoothie and see if I am able to cover up the taste. Yuck!! I've tried it in a smoothie and it is much more tolerable. Granted, it was a large smoothie, probably 24 oz made with red fruits and stevia and I could still taste it, but I was able to drink the entire smoothie. I will use it up in this way because I hate to waste it, and I'm sure it's healthy, but I won't buy it again. I just gave it one more star because I've tried it several times now in a red fruits and stevia smoothie, and if I add the right amount of stevia, I can no longer taste this stuff.
