This product is comfy. I am pretty sure that if you use it for the long term, it will help with pain relief. It is flat as well. However, functionality is a little bit difficult. It does not have a strap to hold it in the seat. Although it has a rubber grasp in the bottom to hold it on the seat, it moves everytime driver goes in and out of the seat. I think it needs astrap on the back side to hold it in place. It fits well as well. Note: If you are taller than 5'10" and you drive a sedan, do not buy it. I hit my head when I get in the car regularly. However, if you drive anything other than a sedan, it would be a great product to have. Read more

Seat cushion is comfortable and does help fill in the bucket in the seat, but would be better if it was firmer. The lumbar support pillow could be a little firmer as well. It is better than nothing, but after a couple of hours it is no longer effective. Read more

I’ve been using this on my regular chair (not in the car) and it’s been surprisingly comfortable and it fits my chair well. The foam has a nice balance supportive but not rock hard and it doesn’t slide around much once it’s in place. It’s a little thicker than I expected ( in a good quality), so my chair feels slightly higher( this is what I need) but I got used to it quickly. No issues so far. Read more
