This foundation is great. It doesn't take much to cover. I get a lot of compliments on my skin, and I'm 73, because it cover a multitude of sins. I have a few dark spots and this makeup covers well and very smooth. The sponge applicator is what, i believe, make this apply so smoothly. I have used this for years. Y’all! This right here is a HIDDEN GEM! I have been looking for a solid foundation for way too long, and I was almost going to buy a really expensive one. But this had good reviews at a fraction of the price. I was shocked! Its full coverage without feeling heavy and it blurs lines and imperfections- especially if you exfoliate and moisturize very well before hand(like exfoliation the night or two before- and a good cream as a primer or in addition to primer). I have had a hard time finding this particular makeup in stores near me. I was happy to find it on Amazon. I have used Cover Girl products since the 70's. I have used more expensive brands over the years and have not been as pleased with them for one reason or another. The CG Aqua Smooth has just the right amount of moisturizer for my skin without being too oily. It is easy to apply and looks natural. The scent is light and pleasant. My skin has changed over the years. I am so glad that I can still use Cover Girl products. Brings back memories of it being my first makeup. Read more
I particularly like this brand as this foundation smooths on like powder but provides better coverage than the liquid foundations. It does contain sunscreen and it lasts all day without smudges or smears. No problem matching my natural color and one application is all that’s necessary. Read more

I like this but I may have gotten the wrong color as these is too much grey in it. I look a bit dead similar to the Korean colors which have either a grey base or yellow base. It does go on very smoothly and the texture is nice. You can easily adjust the coverage by applying more or less. I use primarily on my red cheeks to ton that color down. It seems to last all day without moving or smudging. Not sure if I would put this on my neck and then say wear a white shirt however. Read more
Geez, when I think back to how long I’ve been using this foundation, it really takes me back, probably 15 years or so, whenever it first came out. I’m in my mid-50s now with a fair, cool-toned complexion and a few age spots and freckles. The 710 Classic Ivory shade is perfect for me. This covers everything about 90% while still feeling like I have nothing on my face. I occasionally stray to other foundations (like K-beauty cushions), but I always come back to the Aqua Smoothers foundation. I have slightly dry skin and can’t use powder foundations, but this keeps my face looking dewy. I also love that it has SPF 20, although I still use a regular SPF before applying most of the time. My favorite way to apply it is with a damp Beauty Blender sponge, dabbing it on for a natural finish. The included rectangular sponge works fine too, and I appreciate that the compact even has a little “drying” section for it if you dampen it.
