You can't go wrong with CoverGirl. I have challenges with eye liner smudging & running when my eyes water. CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus however is water proof and lasts all day. They have several colors and you dont need to sharpen it. I have used this for many years and will continue to do so. Read more
