I am impressed with this cologne. The bottle is very sturdy/heavy and the cap is quality and kind of feels like real wood. I've smelled all types of fragrances and this one is unique. I really like it. It's similar yet different to some other smells. There's something about it that I can't quite put my finger on. It reminds me of something I would have smelled in a high end store walking with my mom in the mall in the 90's (in a really good nostalgic way). This cologne has a scent that reminds me of the eighties. I think its more a powdery than woodsy. Some say its like stetson but i think stetson is more musky. The dry down is very nice and subtle. It is not a pwerful projector. I have received a compliment on it Read more

I'm on a search for the perfect cologne. Unfortunately, this was not it. It did smell good but maybe more for an older gentlemen. It's spicy, musky, rugged, and a tad woodsy. It lasts for a few hours before fading. I was not able to return this cologne through Amazon so I contacted Tru Western directly and they replied within minutes! They issued me a full refund. In this new age world where we shop online for everything, I will continue my search. I will most definitely check out other scents from Tru Western in search of my perfect cologne just because they are amazing!
