Great hat but terrible shipping, came all crumpled and bent. I spent some time to reshape it for my 11 year old daughter and we've decided to keep it. Size medium works great for her and my 8yr old son. My son received his as a gift so my daughter had to have one ASAP. His was shipped in a box, hers was in an Amazon brown envelope.
