Excellent lights for backyard!! Love the clean look, leds are bright and last a long time. Love the color choices and the transition between colors. Also has option to choose regular white for normal use. These put out enough light to keep our walkway nicely lit. Have gotten many compliments. Read more
I NEVER leave reviews but these lights are amazing! I haven't even played around with the colors yet because I'm in awe of how bright the white light is. The body is plastic which initially gave me pause but the main head is metal and feels sturdy. I do wish the spikes were metal but a mallet would do the job getting them into rocky soil. I live in a shady area and was concerned they wouldn't get enough light but these stay bright until morning! Love them and will def be buying more! Read more
Update: It’s worth mentioning, out of the three styles of solar lights I purchased for our new retaining wall, these are the only ones that stay lit through the entire night. The rest of them lose power 4-6 hours after they turn on. When I opened the box I realized they were plastic. I must have missed it in the description but I thought they were metal. These were more expensive than I wanted to pay and had I don’t more research to realize they were plastic, I would have skipped them. That said, once it’s night time they look pretty nice lighting up the edge of our driveway. Easy to put together and install in the ground. I was looking for a solution that will light our walkway and help the visibility of our Eufy Doorbell camera. I didn't want to have an electrical connection out there; the setup and maintenance cost and all. Going solar seemed to be the viable solution. After some extensive search, I decided on this product due to its brightness from the other reviewers. The product arrived today. I placed it under full sunlight on the deck for 5hrs plus to charge. Due to late sunset here at summer, I turned it on around 9pm. And it's functioning as expected, its just the right brightness for our walkway and Doorbell camera as you can see from the pictures. It was super easy to setup. The build quality looks great. Now only time will tell how the battery holds up to the daily solar charging and usage. All in all, it met and exceeded our expectations. When these lights get enough sun to power them, they have great lighting capacity. The lights arrived without screws for one of the sets. I wrote to Amazon to let them know, so they could send more screws. Amazon told me that they don't have access to any screws, so they would send me another set of lights (just 4). I asked for a return label, but was told NOT TO RETURN them, as they could not resell them without screws. OK, I accepted 4 more lights. About a month later, Amazon said I was being charged for the lights that they claimed I was supposed to return. WTF? Amazon told me not to return them. When I wrote to Amazon telling me this...they did not respond. Maybe it's time for me to kiss Amazon goodbye. Read more
