A lot of reviews say to size down but for me that didn't work and I had to return the first ones and buy again. They washed well and maintained their size. Great scrubs comfortable and affordable. Looks just like the picture. I usually fit small/xtra small when it comes to scrubs. However Amazon recommended medium; which I’m glad I went with my gut and got a small bc they fit perfectly and not tight nor loose. I would the pick the size you normally would. Materials is great and not too thin. Very breathable. Only thing I wish that all the seams were sown together better. I hope they last! I ended up ordering more in the same size. Read more

The reason why I ordered this brand again because of quality but this particular pant does not have the same quality as others same as the other scrub tops that I ordered- no brand tag it looks very basic and thin. This particular pant has a perfect fit on me tho so I appreciate that. I order a small- a little tight on the waist because I have a mommy belly but inseam is perfect. I am 5ft 150lbs. Amazing pair of scrub pants. The most comfortable pair I've ever worn. They are my go to first when I go to work above the Walmart brand. Lightweight, comfy, perfect fit. I wear a L or size 12 in pants. After reading reviews of these pants running too small, I ordered an XL tall because I’m 5’9. The XL fit my legs like a relaxed fit, and the crotch area was baggy. They were not tight fitting (as pictured in ad), like I wanted. In my mind, when I read reviews that mentioned these run “too small” or “too tight” I thought to myself they fit like tights. That was not the case at all. My regular size large would’ve fit “tighter” as I wanted, like the ad shows. I returned the XL and ordered a Large.
