I bought this CPAP tube cleaning brush to get a deeper clean than I could with just soap and water—and I honestly don’t know why I didn’t get it sooner. Before this, I was swishing hot, soapy water back and forth through the tubing, hoping for the best. This tool gives me confidence that I’m actually cleaning it thoroughly. With a little effort (not much), I can feed the long brush about 80% of the way through the tube, then go in from the other side to finish the job. I usually use a bit of Dawn with hot water to make a nice sudsy mix, and this brush glides through easily. The smaller handheld brush is perfect for connectors and short tubing. I clean my equipment every Sunday, and this tool has quickly become essential to that routine. It’s affordable, well made, and gives me peace of mind knowing I’m breathing through gear that’s actually clean. Considering how important that is, this is a no-brainer purchase for any CPAP user (I'm sure it's great for other uses as well!) Read more

I needed a wide brush to help keep my AC Units Condensate Drain Line. With a 1" Diameter it was difficult to find a brush that would fit snugly, and that had a flexible and long steel line. It took me a while to fine this item and it is near perfect. Only thing, the leading edge does catch on the interior pipe connections, and requires a little luck to get past some of them. But, it's one of the longest leads, and really helps keeping the gunk from building up. Read more

Ordered this to make cleaning my CPAP equipment easier as it's important to keep CPAP equipment clean for your health. The brush with the handle is actually the most useful item in this package, but the handle could stand to be a bit longer and the stem, a bit stronger. I use the handle brush for my short hose that connects the mask with the long hose. Then I use it to get what I can of both ends of the long hose. The long, flexible wire with a brush on both ends does have problems. The flexible wire needs to be stronger so it'll flex less and make it stronger, plus it needs to be a little longer. To use the flexible wire brush, the large brush on one end you can only get it part way into the hose because the wire lacks any strength. Then trying to pull it out is just as bad because you need to grab the hose just past where the head of the brush is before pulling. Using the end with the small brush, you can push it through and as you're doing this, you can pull it out then push it back in. This can only be done so much after which you can only push it through without pulling. But because of the length short failings, you can't push it all the way through meaning that you need to pull it out, then turn the hose around and do the other opening. If the wire was long enough, you could just insert it and pull it out the other end. Another thing is the flexible wire brush needs a hook of some kind to hold it up when using it so it doesn't fall onto the floor when using it. I clean my CPAP stuff in the kitchen by the sink in a dish wash tub and use the sink for rinsing. You don't want the brush coming into contact with the floor whether it be in the kitchen or the bathroom as that'll contaminate it. I suppose a perfect flexible wire brush would be something that you could use with a dremel or a drill so the brush would spin as you insert and pull it out. I just use an all natural dish detergent with hot water, a terry wash cloth and a bamboo toothbrush I get from the dentist. After everything is scrubbed, clean and laying out to dry, I'll put a few drops of regular bleach in the water to increase the chlorine content, make sure the hoses are completely filled and let them sit a bit before I scrub them, then I rinse them really well. Shake water water I can out of them, then I use a air mattress electric pump to dry the hoses for ten minutes or so. Bleach is used for sanitizing in the food industry. (do not use drip free or scented bleach in the water) Not saying this is a bad item as it's better to have this on hand when cleaning. But it does need improvement. If you are using CPAP equipment, then you understand what I'm talking about in this review Read more

This CPAP tube cleaning brush set is exactly what I needed to keep my equipment clean and well-maintained. The flexible 6-foot brush easily reaches through the entire length of the hose, ensuring a thorough clean, while the smaller handy brush is perfect for detailing the connectors and mask areas. The quality of the stainless steel wire is sturdy yet flexible, making it easy to maneuver without worrying about damage. I appreciate how effective and simple it is to use—definitely a must-have for CPAP users! Read more
