Nice iron
The curling iron is quite good, but the customer service from this company is very poor. I bought a curling iron from this company almost two years ago, so I understand it's normal for it to have issues now. However, when I asked about it, the customer service representative gave a very perfunctory response. I explained that the product was showing colored lights, indicating a malfunction. They just told me that it happens because it's been used for a long time. I find this irresponsible, as they clearly didn't know what the issue was and were just avoiding the problem. I hope your company can improve the management of your customer service. I am still willing to give it another chance, but if I receive the same level of service next time, I will choose to abandon this company. Read more

The best
It is the best curling iron I've ever had. Its appearance is elegant and simple. There are five/six settings for temperature and I usually use the 2nd lowest for curling. In terms of performance, the curl can stay for a stay without adding any styling spray. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for an affordable curling iron. Read more
