This is the only pre-workout/creatine where I can go through a full intense workout. I am lifting heavier and I’m not tired. I’m meeting all of my workout plans goal. Now I also take another brand of pre workout with this and I’m not jittery at all. I am seeing results. I will forever keep this in my rotation. The price is a little pricey for my liking but it works. I stock up when they're on sale.
