I battle bleeding gums and a few years back I did research and found the highly rated TheraBreath. It’s done wonders for my gums. I decided to see what other products that helped with bleeding gums and found this one from Crest that is HALF THE PRICE OF THERABREATH WITH STRONGER ACTIVE INGREDIEN ! I ordered it immediately and so glad that I did. This product had an extremely high percentage of 5 Star reviews and now it has another one. It even taste a little better too in my opinion. My only regret was not finding this one first. I ordered the 4 bottles for the same price I was paying for the 2 of TheraBreath. Update 3/21/23. I paid $18 for 4 bottles and now they more than doubled the price to over $39 for four bottles in less than a month. I’m still happy with the product but that’s ridiculous 😡 Read more
If you have gum irritation and don't get to floss as often as you would like, this is a really great product. Flossing and using this product immediately afterwards is the best combination. It greatly improves overall gum health with daily use. Floss daily if you can, but make sure to always use this every day. I also use Crest Gum Detoxify with Crest Gum Care Mouthwash. They are a great combination and can greatly improve gums in less that a week. Read more

UPDATE B: I had my follow-up 6 month appointment (3rd appointment) with my new dentist and my pockets are all 2MM or 3MM (normal), my gums and teeth look healthy and they took x-rays which were good. So, after having a deep cleaning and "throwing the kitchen sink" at my gum/tooth issues, I am now out of the woods. The hygienist and dentist told me to keep doing what I am doing which of course I had already planned on doing. UPDATE A: The good news is that I saw the new dentist in the Spring and he said my gums looked healthy and I only had 1-2 borderline spots to keep an eye on. I went back again in July and he said I have a little inflammation but it is really minor and my teeth and gums look very good. He took me off the every 4 months perio treatment for now and we're at every 6 months. As long as I do not have any setbacks, he will likely have me on the every 6 months plan. At our next appointment he may take x-rays which will be the last piece to ensure that I have turned everything around. He encouraged me to continue doing what I have been doing including rinses like this one. And he added "if I were left on a desert island and I had to choose between dental floss or a toothbrush, I am taking the dental floss." I feel guilty admitting this, but as a former baseball player that occasionally partook of the "chaw" (a.k.a. chewing tobacco) I still have an occasional yearning for the flavor of wintergreen. Normally I satiate that desire with a wintergreen hard candy/breath mint. Now that I am experiencing gum issues and have been seeing a dentist and a periodontist for treatments I am doing nearly everything I can at home to limit my issues or try to correct what I can at home. It appears that things went a little south for me during the pandemic and I am being told that is a common occurrence dental professionals are seeing. One of the mouth rinses that is recommended for people with gum issues are those rinses that contain the ingredient "cetylpyridinium chloride" which this mouth rinse does have. As a result, I have started using this in concert with a variety of other preventative/treatments including warm salt water rinses, aloe vera gel toothpastes, baking soda toothpastes, Paradontax toothpaste, "dry mouth" rinses before bed, various vitamin and mineral supplements, probiotic supplements etc. I read a lot about fighting gingivitis and periodontitis at numerous dentists and periodontists websites. This really helped me figure out how to attack this gum issue before it could go further south. Within 6 weeks I should be seeing a new dentist for an unbiased (I'm telling him nothing of my past history) opinion on my current dental health. I researched extensively online and through social media to find a dentist that I feel I can trust since I have had some questionable experiences with others in the past. I am crossing my fingers and hoping all this effort I have put in at home to get my hygiene back on track makes a difference. We will see... Read more
Somebody recommended this mouthwash to me because I've always had sensitive gums. I started using it and my gums feel 10X better than they did prior to using it. An excellent product and highly recommended for anybody who has sensitive gums. Read more
I bought this and the "Crest Gum Detoxify Deep Clean" toothpaste at the same time and have been using them religiously. It's hard to say if it's one product or the other doing the work, or both. But one thing is certain, my teeth have never felt or been cleaner other than right after the dentist. Crazy and gross as it sounds, I actually noticed a couple of small plaque chunks break away from my teeth last night. I always brush regularly but still get minor build up in places (just like anyone), but this regimen has actually been removing existing plaque. I haven't noticed any immediate gum benefits, but I suspect I'll have great reviews from the dentist when I go next. Read more
Gentle flavor, that keeps your breath fresh. Best part is it took my gums from being red to being healthy pink in a few weeks time. This of course comes with better flossing techniques, but my teeth and gums feel better and I believe this is a contributing factor!! Read more
This is a great product, and am glad that I finally realized my shipment was correct, since I didn't notice that it was 2X 33 oz, instead of the 4X 16 oz as described. Read more
